Association Board and Officers

The Cobblestone NW Homeowners Association Board of Directors, Officers and Committees are totally voluntary positions for which there is no pay or personal benefit, in accordance with our CC&Rs, Bylaws and State Law.  Please treat them kindly as they work to maintain the neighborhood and manage the CC&Rs.

The current officers of the Cobblestone NW Homeowners Association are:

The major duties of the Officers are as follows:

   President

     -  Schedules and Presides over Association meetings
     -  Works with Officers and Board to prepare the annual budget
     -  Works with Board to address issues that arise
     -  Signs Association checks as needed
     -  Maintains legal counsel
     -  Total time commitment - 5 hours per month

   Vice President

     -  Assume the duties of the President when he/she is absent.
     -  Signs Association checks as needed
     -  Works with Officer and Board to address issues that arise

   Secretary

    -  Generates and distributes all notices and invoices
     -  Takes notes at meetings and creates meeting summaries
     -  Works with Officers and Board to prepare the budget
     -  Works with Officers and Board to address issues that arise
     -  Keeps homeowner address list current
     -  Manages collections processes
     -  Maintains the Cobblestone NW Homeowners Association website
     -  Manages contracts for common area landscaping and upkeep
     -  Manages contract for any wetlands maintenance
     -  Total time commitment – 10-12 hours per month

    Treasurer

     -  Writes checks (but is not check signer)
     -  Collects and deposits Association income
     -  Pays electricity and water bills
     -  Reimburses officers and committees for authorized expenditures
     -  Maintains accounting records
     -  Files Association tax returns
     -  Works with Officers and Board to prepare the annual budget
     -  Works with Board to address issues that arise
     -  Total time commitment – 2-4 hours per month (8 hours in
        March-April)
