2023 is off and running. Due to the rising cost of materials and labor as well as some repairs to the commons areas, our Annual Dues have increased substantially over last year. To ease the burden, your board of directors has devised a split payment plan to collect half in February and half in July. Hopefully this softens the burden.
Dues are payable:
If you think you will have trouble making your dues payment or wish to discuss the dues payment please contact the board at treasurer@cobblestonenwhoa.com. We are experiencing vehicles regularly traveling beyond the 25 mph limit on our community streets. As the weather warms, we ask that you be mindful of foot traffic and children that may stray into the streets and the danger that speeding poses to them. Thank you for helping us maintain our community status as a safe one in which to live. ‘Tis the season to spread some cheer! The Communications Committee will begin by spreading cheer in the Cobblestone Community, but to make this truly special we need your participation. If you receive a treat along with an Elf-ed flyer on your porch, please follow the directions on the flyer. Our hope is that the elf visits the majority, if not all, of the homes in Cobblestone. Being a neighborhood elf does not require purchasing expensive gifts. Cobblestone elves like to keep it festive but simple. Happy Holidays from the Communications Committee!
The Board of Directors is taking nominations for four HOA Board positions through November 30th:
Curious about the time commitments and responsibilities of each position? Familiarize yourself with the Board of Directors Duties. If you, or someone you know, may be interested, submit your nomination today. Let us know if you have any questions: board@cobblestonenwhoa.com. As part of our HOA improvement process, we have launched a new website and homeowner portal using the platform PayHOA. The portal will allow you to pay invoices online, communicate with the board, and keep your contact information up to date. Our hope is to keep our dues costs lower by encouraging more of our residents to receive timely notifications by email and text, so it's important to keep your email and phone number current!
Please take some time to get to know this new website and portal. If you haven't yet created your homeowner account in PayHOA, get started today. You can then log in to your account anytime using the Owner Portal. We hope you appreciate this refresh! |
