2023 is off and running. Due to the rising cost of materials and labor as well as some repairs to the commons areas, our Annual Dues have increased substantially over last year. To ease the burden, your board of directors has devised a split payment plan to collect half in February and half in July. Hopefully this softens the burden.

If you think you will have trouble making your dues payment or wish to discuss the dues payment please contact the board at treasurer@cobblestonenwhoa.com. As part of our HOA improvement process, we have launched a new website and homeowner portal using the platform PayHOA. The portal will allow you to pay invoices online, communicate with the board, and keep your contact information up to date. Our hope is to keep our dues costs lower by encouraging more of our residents to receive timely notifications by email and text, so it's important to keep your email and phone number current!
